Spaced – The First Frontier

The first task of our second year was to create a game in Unity 3D – a game engine that’s free to download. There’s plenty of games, both in browser and downloadable, that use it and so it only seems logical that we should give it a go and see what it’s like.

Playing with the Tweener class

For the past couple of summers, I’ve given myself a project to keep my mind at least a little active until it’s time to come use it again in September. This year’s no different, and there’s a few ideas milling around my head, but I want to do something involving Twitter and Flash.

Ward 413 – Making an interactive panorama

Once we all had collected the idea of what our collaborative project would have as it’s video content, the interactive element was kind of pushed to the side-line. We were left to try and make the story that was told through the video seem interactive to the visitor.

Popferret – The ins and outs
